- Job details:
1. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Operation
● Execute the entire process of timekeeping, payroll, bonuses, and other allowances accurately and on time for local and expat members
● Handle related to mandatory SHUI, and manage other voluntary insurance and welfare programs
● Perform declaration, reporting, and finalization of PIT in compliance with current law
● Handle labor contract process including assessment, renewal, termination
2. HR Process and Data Management
● Be responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding sessions
● Manage and archive HR files, including Labor Contracts, contract appendix, and HR decisions
● Ensure HR data on HR systems, physical files, Google Drive is always accurate, promptly updated, complete, and well-organized
3. Legal Compliance
● Drafting and reviewing HR Decisions, Procedures, Regulations, and Policies of the company to ensure compliance with management instructions and requirements
● Timely update and disseminate changes in labor law, social insurance, personal income tax, etc., to ensure the company always operates within the VN labor code
● Implement and maintain data protection procedures for HR-related sensitive information in accordance with Decree 356/2025/ND-CP and other relevant labor laws.
● Ensure the accuracy of all reports related to the Vietnam Government.
- Job requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or Accounting
● Language: Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
● 5+ years of experience in a back-office function (HR, C&B Operations)
● Experience working with the Vietnam Government
● Direct experience with C&B operational tasks (payroll, tax, tax finalization, insurance, labor contracts, calculating payroll for expatriate employees)
● Experience with Onboarding and Offboarding procedures
● Proficient in office software: Google Drive, MS Office, HR System, TS24, e-signature, e-contract, Tax system
● Effective time management and multitasking skills, ensuring timely completion of tasks
