Job Description
- Receive and manage information/loan records of customers with bad debt (individual customers/business customers with collateral) for processing.
- Implement operational methods to verify information related to debtors, financial resources, collateral status of customers and related parties to serve the debt collection process.
- Research and evaluate profiles
- Develop a plan, submit it to the competent authority for approval of the debt settlement plan and carry out the recovery of bad debts in the list of customers under management (through measures: debt restructuring; seizure, handling of secured assets, lawsuits, etc.).
- Jupiter representative participates in denunciation/litigation/execution of judgments under authorization at functional agencies of the Police, Court, and Execution of Judgments to resolve matters related to debt collection activities.
- Make periodic and ad hoc debt settlement progress reports as requested by the Leadership.
- Perform other tasks and duties as required by the Leader.
