INBOUND SALES SENIOR / SALES MANAGER
Job Purpose :
The Inbound Travel Sales Manager is responsible for actively developing new inbound markets sales, managing international partners, leading the inbound sales team, and driving revenue growth across key international markets.
Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development :
- Develop and manage international inbound partners (EU, Southeast Asia, Australia, etc.)
- Sell, negotiate, and sign contracts for land tours, FIT & group tours
- Consult and design customized travel programs based on partner and client requirements
- Deal with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and service quality
B. Sales Team Management
- Manage, train, and assign tasks to the Inbound Sales team
- Monitor sales performance, revenue, and conversion rates
- Propose KPIs, pricing policies, commission, and incentive schemes for the team
C. Market & Product Development
- Research inbound markets and international travel trends
- Collaborate in developing experiential products, combos, and premium land tours
- Recommend seasonal and market-based pricing strategies
D. Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare regular reports on revenue, sales pipeline, and forecasts
- Work closely with Operations, Accounting, and Marketing teams
- Handle and resolve issues related to partners and clients professionally
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Tourism, Business, or related fields
- Minimum 35 years of experience in inbound tourism, with team management exposure
- Fluent English (mandatory daily communication with overseas partners)
- Strong sales, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Solid understanding of inbound operations, pricing, and contracting
- Result-driven, proactive, and hands-on attitude
