Job details:
1. Store operations management
- Support the Area Manager in the overall operation of the store according to system standards.
- Supervise operations during the shift: customer service, product quality, hygiene, brand image, and compliance with SOPs.
- Coordinate staffing and handle operational issues that arise at the store.
- Ensure the store operates smoothly during peak hours.
2. Revenue and Expense Control
- Track store revenue (Offline & Food App), and boost sales performance.
- Control personnel costs, losses, and other operating expenses.
- Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure sufficient stock to support business operations.
3. Customer Experience Management
- Ensure that service standards are consistently enforced.
- Proactively observe customer experiences and handle complaints directly.
- We gather customer feedback to improve operational quality.
4. Leading and developing the team
- Assign tasks and monitor employee performance during the shift.
- Mentoring and training new employees and staff who need to improve their skills.
- Build team spirit, maintain discipline, and cultivate a positive service culture.
- Propose potential candidates for internal development paths.
Job requirements:
- Graduates from vocational schools/colleges/universities in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Tourism and Services, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Shift Leader / Supervisor / Assistant Store Manager position in the F&B or retail chain industry.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked for brands with well-established operational systems.
- Capable of managing shifts, coordinating personnel, and handling situations quickly.
- They possess a strong customer service mindset and a high sense of ownership.
- Willing to work shifts and overtime during peak periods.
