Job Description
1. Shop Operation - 50%
Manage, update and optimize product information (name, description, image, price, SEO keywords, inventory).
Control customer experience: handle reviews, feedback, complaints and order related issues.
Monitor and optimize shop performance: penalty points, delivery rate, shop reviews, vouchers, ratings...
Work with KAM to propose and implement support programs from the floor (vouchers, displays, Free Shipping, etc.)
2. Sales Planning & Execution - 30%
Make monthly/quarterly sales plan according to sales target and floor campaign.
Coordinate with Marketing to monitor and allocate advertising budget
Track and analyze sales results of each campaign to propose optimization (CTR, CR, GMV, ROAS...).
Suggest product combos, pricing policies, gifts, and vouchers to increase conversion rate.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis - 20%
Analyze competitors on price, content, traffic, advertising and promotional strategies.
Periodic reports on sales, KPIs, and buyer insights to propose new growth strategies.
Contribute ideas to develop product portfolio and propose suitable development strategies.
Request:
University graduate majoring in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related majors.
1-2 years of experience operating Shopee platform, priority given to candidates with experience in the field of Technology, Electronics, and Household Appliances
Proficient in Shopee's operating rules, capable of data analysis
Have the mindset to analyze products, analyze competitors, and evaluate product potential
Communicate fluently in English at work
