-Install office equipment (printer, scanner, photocopier) for new tenants and old tenants as required.
-Maintain office equipment to ensure they always stay in good condition and ready to use.
-Install, set up necessary devices in meeting room, event hall and ensure they always work as well as expected.
-Plan of periodical maintenance for all IT equipment in the office.
-Maintain essential IT operations including operating systems, server, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware (for internal staffs only)
-Responsible for the operating system of security camera, network and phone switchboard, website.
-Support IT facilities for workshop, seminars and conferences.
