1. Plans, develops, tests, debugs, optimizes, and documents computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems: Evaluates user request for new or modified program such as described at role purpose above, … and other systems. Statistical study of traffic patterns, or analyzing and developing specifications for bridge design, to determine feasibility, cost and time required compatibility with current system, and computer capabilities.

2. Consults with user and internal team (BA team) to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.

3. Reads manuals, periodicals, and technical reports to learn ways to develop programs that meet user requirements.

4. Analyze the business need and impact of new products and services on the system and suggest solutions. Supervise User Requirements, Business Analysts and Program Developers in daily operations and specific projects.

5. Formulates plan outlining steps required to develop program, using structured analysis and design

6. Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.

7. Analyzes, reviews, and alters program to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements

8. Writes manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures

9. Analyzes, investigates systems to detecting root caused which impact to performance of system or impact to related system causes system run wrongly or run slowly down. Then proposes solutions that how to optimizes to debugs to finalizing all issues

10. Completes to other important ad-hoc jobs which required directly by IT Head.

University or College graduate

At least 4 year experience, Life insurance is prefer.

Having ability to design system and system architecture. Skills in programming & business are required.
