Job Description

Build coordination processes between the accounting department and other departments.
Build accounting department forms
Plan to balance monthly income and expenditure in accordance with the CCSC standards
Plan and assign work to employees in the department
Find a suitable supplier. Determine the unit price from the supplier, make a price comparison list of items from many suppliers. Report on price fluctuations.
Work with suppliers to ensure quality, delivery time, and correct quantity ordered.
Cashier and banker.
Check orders, proposals from branches, call for goods
Check payment records of internal payables
Check all supplier debts, propose payment of debts and proceed with payment of approved payments.
Control costs from branches
Check and review salary and social insurance accounting from HR
Inventory of CCDC at the restaurant
Check, control all accounting documents and store documents according to regulations.
Prepare summary reports, cash flow reports, supplier debt reports, tool and equipment reports, business performance reports and other reports as required by the Board of Directors.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director
Support for recruiting accounting staff
Monitor, check and evaluate employee performance
Professional training in accounting department.
