Job Description

- Job details:

Organize and control all aspects of the Company's operations, including conducting periodic assessments and warnings of potential risks in production, business, and management.
Develop annual internal control plans, programs, and content, submit them to the Board of Directors for approval, and organize their implementation.
Conduct periodic internal audits and assessments to determine the level of compliance with internal procedures, regulations, and quality management standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016.
Issue inspection reports and minutes, monitor and urge corrective and preventive actions following the evaluation.
Synthesize, analyze, and evaluate data and internal control results; Prepare independent reports as required by the Management Board.
Providing advice and consultation to specialized departments on risk management solutions and system improvements through the development and revision of internal regulations, policies, procedures, and rules.
Inspect and monitor the implementation of the Quality Management System across departments, including the execution of ISO procedures, guidelines, forms, and documentation.
Providing training and guidance to company employees on ISO awareness, risk management methods, and internal self-inspection procedures.
Propose quality improvement programs to enhance the effectiveness of the management system and the competitiveness of the enterprise.

- Job requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, Medical Equipment, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (ISO Team Leader, QA/QC Manager, Internal Control, Quality Management).
Possesses ISO 13485:2016 certification and in-depth knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
Preference will be given to candidates who have previously worked in medical device manufacturing or industrial production companies.
Office IT
Foreign languages: Fairly proficient in English.
