    Job Description

    - Job details:

    • Sending/delivering mail and packages to the office daily.
    • Prepare tea and refreshments daily for management staff.
    • Prepare and arrange tea and fruit juice for guests (3-4 groups/week)
    • Buy stationery, cleaning supplies, and office equipment.
    • Meal management: reporting meal requests, monitoring meal expense payments, and handling issues related to meal quality for employees.
    • Buy milk for employees. Place an order for milk for employees.
    • Summarize payment costs, sales of employee wages, and finalize accounts receivable.
    • Repair management: tracking repair and replacement items.
    • Waste management: creating waste documents, tracking monthly accounts receivable and payable figures with the accounting department.
    • Prepare offerings for the monthly ceremony.
    • Other administrative tasks as required.

    - Job requirements:

    • Age range: 20 - 35
    • Qualifications: Intermediate/College level
    • Diligent, honest, and eager to learn.
    • No experience required (previous experience in a similar position is an advantage)
