- Job details:
- Overall management of the work of the receiving, specialized, ironing, quality control, and finished product packaging departments.
- Receive detailed plans from the planning department, receive final shipping plans, weekly and monthly plans from the planning department, and arrange the plans for implementation by the relevant departments.
- From the detailed delivery plan and final plan -> check the quantity of goods received and delivered. Wash each item code sent and received daily, arrange and implement the plan for the departments under your management to execute according to the delivery schedule.
- Weekly planning meetings for the Production Director and meetings for the heads of their respective departments to implement the weekly plan.
Propose solutions to team leaders to ensure daily productivity and quality.
- Develop weekly target plans for departments to achieve their goals and present them to the board of directors, and support departments in achieving their goals.
- Monitor and check daily the implementation plan of each department, identifying what has been completed and what has not, in order to address issues daily (ensure good performance for the following day).
- Work with department heads on situations involving quality issues with goods, requesting proposed solutions to be submitted to the Board of Directors.
- Address reported issues that have not been resolved, resulting in backlogs after reports are submitted to the Board of Directors, thus avoiding the need for intervention and resolution from the Board.
