1/ Build a management system and ensure service quality
Build a system of regulations, restaurant rules, job descriptions - professional instructions applicable to job positions in the restaurant.
Ensure junior staff understand customer service standards and implement processes and regulations to meet service quality for customers, thereby ensuring the facility's service quality according to the nature of the facility's service. and requirements set forth by the company.
Continuously observe and evaluate to maintain the restaurant's service quality such as restaurant space standards, staff standards, menu standards, hygiene and food safety standards.
Supervise the implementation of processes and regulations; Organize process improvements to improve restaurant operational efficiency.
2/ Employee management
Proposal to recruit positions for the restaurant department.
Participate in selecting and training new employees.
Organize and supervise new employee training - foster professional development for potential employees, assign work, and periodically evaluate work results.
Build a human resources apparatus for the restaurant, ensuring enough human resources to fulfill assigned requests.
Evaluate the work results and capabilities of restaurant staff periodically.
Organize and comply with the company's regulations on human resource management.
3/ Management of goods and assets
Monitor the number of tools and assets monthly, explain to the Restaurant Director, and account for damage and loss.
Control the maintenance and periodic maintenance of machinery and equipment in the restaurant and organize repairs when damage occurs.
Responsible for innovating and adding equipment, machinery, furniture, tools - utensils,... to serve the restaurant's business activities.
4/ Resolve problems and customer complaints
Restaurant representative handles problems that arise with customers when subordinate staff cannot resolve them.
Coordinate with relevant departments to organize and deploy the collection of customer evaluation information, synthesize the results to make appropriate policy changes.
Training for employees on how to approach customers when there is a problem that needs to be immediately reported to management levels
Report to the Executive Director on resolution results.
5/ Manage work
Resolve daily related incidents.
Periodically coordinate with relevant departments to develop operational plans for the restaurant (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
Organize implementation according to the requirements and instructions of the director
Representing the restaurant to work and resolve relationships with state agencies and local organizations related to the restaurant.
