Job Description

JOB DETAILS
- Organize surveys and evaluate the current site and analyze issues and risks that need to be handled related to the project site.
- Prepare project survey report + attached images.
- Check the BOQ quantity takeoff sheet of the project from the QS team
- Prepare detailed construction schedule for the Project.
- Check material sample table and submit to investor for approval.
- Search and expand subcontractors and suppliers for the project
- Negotiate costs, construction progress, payment progress with Subcontractors/Suppliers.
- Monitor and control the progress and actual construction quality of the project and at the factory.
- Resolve and handle problems arising during project implementation.
- Monitor and control actual construction volume at the site.
- Control the acceptance and settlement volume of the Parties: Subcontractors, Suppliers and Investors.
