- Job details:
1. Operations and Human Resources Management
- Oversee all daily sales operations at the store, handle arising issues, customer complaints, and operational situations.
- Control the quality of customer service, directly care for VVIP customers when necessary, and ensure a shopping experience that matches the high-end traditional medicine product line.
- Human resource management: recruitment, training, work schedule assignment, timekeeping, ensuring the quality, performance, and morale of sales staff.
- Manage merchandise, facilities, security, hygiene, display setup, ensuring the store maintains a professional, clean image that meets brand standards.
2. Sales Management & Reporting
- Monitor revenue, expenses, business performance, and propose solutions when necessary.
- Prepare daily sales reports, monthly summary reports, inventory reports, and marketing performance reports.
3. Marketing & Customer Development
- Propose and implement in-store marketing programs: special offers, promotions, events, livestreams, etc., and customer care programs.
- Coordinate and implement online marketing strategies (Facebook, Zalo, etc.).
4. Purchasing & Import/Export
- Monitor inventory, expiration dates, and fast/slow-selling items to propose appropriate purchasing plans based on seasonality, trends, and sales performance.
- Communicate with Chinese partners, place orders, and track the delivery progress.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to handle import and export activities, assisting with checking product information and basic documentation.
5. Coordinate with the accounting department.
- Monitor and reconcile revenue, accounts receivable, store income and expenses, inventory, and sales software data.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to assist in checking invoices, documents, and reports prepared by the accounting team.
- Job requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Store Manager, Store Director, or Retail Supervisor position.
- Proficient in Excel and sales software.
- Possesses strong personnel management and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and possessing strong operational thinking.
- Possess basic knowledge of import and export procedures (invoice, packing list, CO/CQ, and import process) and retail accounting practices.
- Able to read and understand sales reports and basic business data.
Knowing Chinese is a huge advantage, especially when working with Chinese partners.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical, functional food, traditional medicine, or high-end consumer goods industries.

- Salary: Attractive, up to VND 22,000,000 (depending on ability and work performance) + KPI bonus based on quarterly revenue (unlimited based on actual results).
