Job Description

- Job details:

Product Research & Development: Lead market research activities, competitor analysis, and identify and build relationships with strategic manufacturing partners.
Business Support: Coordinate the deployment of technical resources, approve important documents and files for business phases (consulting, cost estimation, bidding, contract signing).
Service Quality Management: Approving and controlling implementation plans, construction methods, and cost estimates.
Establishing Procedures & Standards: Setting up a quality management system, developing and refining construction procedures, and defining cost estimates.
Technical Team Development: Managing, evaluating, and coordinating technical personnel.

- Job requirements:

Educational qualifications: University degree or higher, preferably in Electronics and Telecommunications, Mechatronics, Electronics and Automation, Electrical Engineering, Optics, or Electronic Materials.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position, preferably with experience in the security and defense sector.
Expertise:
- Understanding of product systems, electronic and communication technology solutions.
- Thorough understanding of professional expertise related to electronics and telecommunications.
- Possesses knowledge of domestic and international markets, understanding trends and leading manufacturers in the field.
