Job description

Provide live interpretation support (Korean-Vietnamese / Vietnamese-Korean) during meetings, seminars, and group work with Koreans.
Interpreting during daily office activities.
Translate documents, emails, reports, and internal correspondence from Korean to Vietnamese and vice versa.
Monitor and take notes on meetings and assist in preparing minutes/related documents.
Perform other administrative tasks as requested by the Marketing Manager.

Candidate requirements

Vietnamese nationality.
Proficient in Korean listening and speaking skills.
Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Careful, responsible, and well-organized.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a Korean company environment or related industries.
