DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Cross-platform messaging
- Providing advice and answering customer inquiries via Facebook Page, TikTok Shop Inbox, Zalo OA, Instagram, Shopee/Lazada chat, etc.
2. Product consultation at the store
Confirm your order with accurate and complete information: shipping costs and payment methods.
- Track orders and confirm with customers.
3. Book shipping and process delivery.
4. After-sales customer service

We need:

- Good counseling and problem-solving skills.
- Hardworking, enthusiastic, and responsible.
- Know how to answer questions - provide clear advice, don't make false promises.
- Proficient in social media and e-commerce platforms.
- A quick-witted, honest, hardworking, and able to handle pressure.
Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week , with one fixed day off (self-chosen).
- 9:00 - 18:30 , lunch break 12:00 - 13:30
