- Job details:

Searching for, advising on, and selling the Company's legitimate auction assets, including:

Auctioned properties (good prices, easily accessible to investors);

State-owned assets are being auctioned off.

Assets used to settle debts by the Bank;

Assets seized for enforcement of judgment;

These are exclusive, rare, high-value assets that are seldom seen on the open market.

The difference compared to regular sales:

Exclusive supply of goods through direct auction service contracts with the company - No competition, no worries about product duplication with other units;

Property prices are often lower than market value, easily generating interest and trust from the first encounter;

With complete and transparent legal documentation, assets transferred by competent state agencies, banks, and organizations - it's easy to persuade customers to deposit and purchase assets;

A new field with few competitors, a large market, and a higher closing rate compared to traditional sales areas;

Guaranteed full payment upon successful transaction completion, eliminating concerns about property owners engaging in off-the-books transactions, brokering fees, or sales agents bypassing the buyer.

- Job requirements:

Priority will be given to the following candidates:

Male/Female, college graduate or higher;

Minimum 1 year of experience in the following fields: Business, marketing, real estate, insurance, market research;

Proficient in office software and skilled in using online marketing tools;

I have transportation and a laptop.
