Receive, check and account for invoices and payment documents to ensure compliance with regulations, contracts and company policies.
Prepare payment vouchers, payment orders, transfer orders , and make payments to suppliers, partners, and internal employees on time.
Monitor, reconcile and update payables periodically; handle differences when they arise.
Manage and control cash funds, bank accounts ; reconcile monthly statements.
Record and account for expenses and advance payments .
Prepare payment reports, debt reports, cash flow reports as required by superiors.
Coordinate with relevant departments (purchasing, administration, human resources) to control costs and payment processes.
Store documents, invoices and payment records fully and scientifically to serve tax audits and inspections.
Perform other tasks assigned by the chief accountant .
Being able to communicate in English is an advantage.
