Job Description
  • Track sales revenue through all business channels such as: retail, wholesale, stores, online sales, etc.
  • Receive sales reports and update revenue data from different sales channels on a daily basis.
  • Control selling price against the company's pricing policy.
  • Track sales deductions such as: promotions, discounts, free merchandise, etc. ensuring compliance with approved sales policies.
  • Receive daily sales reports from cashiers, create Sales Accounting vouchers and report sales by day.
  • Track daily sales settlement, ensure the quantity of goods sold corresponds to the amount of money received.
  • Generate VAT invoices and record revenue daily.
  • Collect and manage records and documents related to revenue such as: contracts, quotations, handover minutes, acceptance minutes, contract liquidation, sales policy, delivery policy, and collection policy.
  • Handle revenue related cases such as sales returns, exchanges, discounts, etc.
  • Generate detailed sales reports from sales channels and total sales reports.
  • Compare detailed revenue reports and total revenue to detect discrepancies and make adjustments (if any).
  • Compare the amount receivable and actual receipt, if there is any error, report the excess/shortage.
  • Prepare revenue reduction reports, adjust revenue items and submit to Chief Accountant and CEO for approval.
  • Prepare daily reports and revenue journals as required.
  • Generate reports on revenue management, cash flow and revenue analysis.
  • Report on cumulative revenue by month/quarter/year. Then, evaluate the revenue fluctuations and find out the causes of this situation.
  • Prepare output VAT statement and report on invoice usage.
  • Store and organize records and documents related to revenue such as: invoices, contracts, vouchers, etc.
  • Generate reports analyzing revenue, receivables, collection progress, outstanding balances, etc.
  • Coordinate with other departments to prepare documents when the Tax authority inspects.
  • Proactively make recommendations to increase revenue management efficiency.
  • Make reports as required.
  • Support the Accounting department and other departments in daily work.
