Plan strategies, manage and implement marketing plans of company projects. Plan implementation and support the organization of online, offline and promotion events.
Representing the marketing department to interact directly with other departments in the company regarding products, sales and customer service.
Monitor market trends and customer trends to direct marketing activities.
Measure and analyze marketing activities on deployed platforms and systems, evaluate effectiveness and provide continuous short and long-term solutions.
Manage marketing budget. Directly coordinate, work, and support training of other personnel in the marketing team, coordinate with other departments in the company, freelancer/agency to complete the job.
Manage and plan training knowledge and skills for personnel in the department. Report progress and work results. Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Request:
Have at least 1 year working experience in the F&B industry .
Graduated from University or higher, majoring in marketing, management or related majors
Have in-depth understanding of traditional and modern marketing platforms. Have solid knowledge of marketing branding, SEO, other tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Pixel,...).
Ability to plan and manage multiple channels with many different budget levels.
Have management and administration skills, ability to work independently, good time management and communication, good English proficiency. Have a progressive and proactive attitude.
Working hours: flexible depending on the nature of the job and project.
