Job Description

- Job details:

Develop and manage budgets for assigned projects.
Manage and monitor payments to the Project Owner (PMB) for assigned projects;
Develop a plan for implementing the subcontracting of the assigned project (labor subcontractors and material subcontractors);
Project budget reports, AB payment status, and subcontractor status for the projects under your responsibility;
Control payment risks for projects under your responsibility;
Coordinate with the Bidding Department to prepare cost estimates and quantity take-offs for bidding purposes;
Establish and manage cash flow;
Weekly/Monthly work reports;
Other related tasks as directed.

- Job requirements:

Can start working immediately
Work experience: 3 years or more
Educational qualifications: College degree or higher in Construction/Construction Economics or related fields.
Expertise: Thorough understanding of construction contracts and payment documents.
Skills: Quantity surveying, cost estimation
Communication skills, teamwork, negotiation skills
Computer skills (software usage): Autocad, Office
Other abilities: Careful, honest, able to withstand work pressure.
