Job Description

Job details:

Store management: Build, operate and optimize stores on major e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Tiki,...).
Priority is given to candidates with strengths in Lazada platform.
Content Development: Plan and execute engaging content campaigns (images, videos, product descriptions) to attract customers.
Ad Management: Deploy and optimize advertising campaigns on online platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads,...) to increase traffic and sales.
Data Analytics: Track, analyze and report business performance, and make recommendations for improvement.
Customer Care: Build good relationships with customers, resolve problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market research: Update market trends and competitors to develop appropriate strategies.

Job requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, priority given to candidates with experience in the handheld device industry.
Knowledge: Understanding of e-commerce platforms, online advertising tools and data analytics.
Skills: Good communication, negotiation, time management and independent working skills.
Personality: Proactive, creative, highly responsible and able to work under pressure.
Intermediate level or higher (all occupations).
