JOB DETAILS
- Act as an important liaison between Japanese customers and the team, promoting communication and understanding of technical requirements.
- Manage and implement SE team work.
- Translate technical documents and requirements between Japanese and Vietnamese.
- Participate in meetings with customers to collect requirements, provide technical information and propose solutions.
- Provide dedicated technical support for troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to design and implement software systems and applications.
- Conduct system testing and participate in quality assurance processes.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and deliverables.
- Maintain documentation related to system configuration, processes and procedures.
Candidate requirements:
- Proficient in Japanese N2 or higher.
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Communicator or 2 years of experience as a BrSE at a Japanese company
- Project management experience using languages: PHP, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience with framework (CMS): WordPress
- Understanding of infrastructure and tools: Git, Docker
- Knowledge of website development (HTML, PHP, CSS)
- The job is not just interpretation/translation
- Ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
Salary in NET/gross : Upto 45 mil gross (can nego)
Working time: Mon-Fri- 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
