Job Description

Receive requests from customers, then analyze and research those requests.
Translate and explain project requirements to the development team.
Support other team members.

Prioritize:
Write test cases and perform manual testing to ensure quality before product delivery.
Prepare documents, attend meetings and analyze customer feedback.
Coordinate with leader to manage project progress and report directly to customer

Obligatory:
At least 2 years of working experience in IT company.
Japanese proficiency equivalent to N2.
