Job Description

I. JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Management and operation of the Sales department
  • Manage the entire Sales Marketing Customer Care team.
  • Organize and manage the department's activities; be responsible to the Board of Directors for the results of the activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate work performance, ensure KPIs are met.
  • Training, developing professional capacity and skills for staff in the department.
  • Report results periodically or as requested by the Board of Directors.
2. Business & product commercialization
  • Develop and implement business plans; sell and commercialize the Company's products/services or distributed/agent products.
  • Develop new product lines/business directions, expand markets and customer base.
3. Market development & customer care
  • Customer care, maintain and expand relationships with target customers.
  • Developing the Group's image and brand in the Japanese, FDI, US, Canada, and Australian markets
  • Track payments, close contracts, manage business records and customer data.
4. Perform other tasks
  • Perform professional tasks and duties assigned by the Chairman of the Board of Directors or the Board of Management.
II. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Male, graduated from a regular university or higher in the following majors: Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Mechanics, Electrical Control
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Have good analytical thinking , high EQ, delicate problem solving.
  • Careful, perceptive, able to synthesize and make decisions.
  • Proficient in Japanese , English preferred.
  • Priority is given to international students or people who have worked in Japan for 5 years or more .
  • Nationality: Vietnamese or Japanese .
III. REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Priority is given to candidates with sales revenue of 100 billion/year .
  • Experienced in Marketing Customer Service Internal Training (B2B).
  • Skills to organize and manage work effectively.
  • Planning & implementation skills.
  • Team management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent presentation, persuasion and communication skills.
IV. BENEFITS
  • Income 50-70 million/month + Sales bonus .
  • Working schedule:
  • Monday - Saturday (closed on Sunday); additional Saturdays of week 2 and week 4 .
