1. Job details:
- Plan, set up, and directly optimize paid advertising campaigns (primarily Facebook Ads and Google Ads) with the goal of generating leads, app downloads (CPI), and service bookings (CPS/CPA).
- Conversion optimization: Track the customer journey from seeing the ad > clicking on the landing page/messenger > downloading the SAN app > successfully closing the sale. Proactively identify dropouts to optimize.
- Continuous A/B testing: Testing various aspects of content (Angle), images/videos, and promotional programs (Vouchers) to find the "Winning Camp" (most effective campaign) to reduce costs.
- Measure and analyze performance indicators (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CAC) on a daily/weekly basis.
- Report directly to the Project Manager and propose effective budget scaling strategies.
2. Job requirements:
- Possessing logical marketing thinking and a deep understanding of customer insights (such as families needing caregivers for the sick, or office workers needing house cleaning) to coordinate content and design for accurate advertising materials.
- Have at least 2 years of practical experience running ads.
- Highly sensitive to data, knowing when to cut losing campaigns and when to tighten campaign budgets.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Marketing for Service, Booking, or Mobile App (App Growth/User Acquisition) segments.
- Proficiency in using tracking tools, Google Analytics, GTM, and AI is an advantage.
