- Job details:
Deployment & Onboarding: Directly connect to the exchange API, configure the dashboard, and provide training to help customers "master" the Bluecore system.
Use-case consultation: Needs analysis to map into practical models (P&L, RFM, LTV, COD, Risk...).
Review & Action: When chairing regular meetings, don't just read out numbers; explain: "What does this number mean for the business"
Growth (Upsell): Identify customer pain points to suggest advanced modules (e.g., expanding from Revenue Report to Reorder Intelligence).
Co-creating the product: Collaborating with the Product team to incorporate real-world "pain points" from the market into the feature roadmap.
- Job requirements:
1. Analytical & Technical Skills:
Good at reading and interpreting dashboards. Basic SQL for data validation.
Proficient in advanced Google Sheets/Excel. Understands integrated API flows.
Understanding e-commerce metrics: GMV, RFM, LTV, ROAST, COD rate...
2. Consulting & Communication Skills:
The ability to present insights to non-data professionals.
Confidently work with C-level stakeholders.
Be proactive and perceptive in asking questions to uncover needs.
3. Experience:
Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience working for a Seller or E-commerce Agency.
A big plus: Experience in SaaS deployment, knowledge of Python/Looker Studio, or a track record in upsell/account management.
