1. JOB DETAILS
- Plan to search, approach and expand potential customer files.
- Consulting, caring, closing services and supporting customers throughout the process of using eye cosmetic services at the Hospital.
- Introduce and explain in detail about services, incentive programs, benefits and treatment procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors to develop care and treatment plans appropriate to each customer's needs.
- Track, update records, manage appointments and ensure a consistent, professional service experience.
- After-sales customer care, maintain relationships, encourage customers to return and introduce new customers.
- Receive, process and coordinate to resolve customer complaints, ensure satisfaction and maintain brand reputation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Customer Service, Reception, Nursing) to improve service quality and business efficiency.
2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Female, good looking, professional demeanor.
- Graduated from high school or higher, priority given to Medicine, Pharmacy, Aesthetics, Customer Care.
- Experience in consulting in the field of spa, beauty or health care is an advantage.
- Good communication, persuasion and negotiation skills; ability to listen and understand customers.
- Enthusiastic, progressive, eager to learn, work independently and effectively in a team.
- Priority is given to candidates with basic knowledge of beauty, cosmetic surgery, and eye care.
