    Job Description

    - Job details:

    1. Perform timekeeping tasks, verify attendance data, and compile monthly attendance records.
    2. Ensure that salaries, bonuses, allowances, and other benefits for employees are calculated on time and accurately.
    3. Monitor and carry out tasks related to social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and labor regulations in accordance with current laws.
    4. Calculate unit wage rates and compile data for payroll calculation in the production sector.
    5. Control and reconcile payroll data, ensuring transparency and information security.
    6. Prepare periodic personnel and payroll reports as requested by the management.
    7. Coordinate with other departments to handle issues related to human resources and payroll policies.
    8. Perform other tasks as assigned by your direct manager.

    - Job requirements:

    • Female, under 40 years old, with a university degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Labor and Wages, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience required. Candidates with experience working in a manufacturing plant are preferred.
    • Proficient in Excel, with strong data processing and report writing skills.
    • Honesty, meticulousness, a high sense of responsibility, and good information confidentiality.
    • Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively in a team.
