I. FUNCTION DESCRIPTION MISSION OF POSITIONS
• In charge of research and development of market relations, eSports partners
• Search and propose cooperation with leaders of sponsoring partners, game publishers, eSport organizations, eSports teams, KOLs ... domestically and internationally.
• Establish and build relationships with key industry and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with MKT, Product, Technical, and legal teams to identify impactful opportunities for partnering.
• Coordinate with R&D department to make eSport cooperation proposals including finance/media/advertising with domestic and international partners.
• Participate in the product development roadmap based on customer needs with the product leader.
• Planning financial plans and goals for each stage, each partner after signing the contract.
• Make work reports to direct management and perform related works.

II. REQUIREMENTS FOR KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE
Male/Female, age under 30
• Fluent in English or Chinese (listening/speaking/reading/writing)
• Have good presentation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team, withstand high pressure at work
• Preferably have at least 1 year of working experience in the field of B2B Cooperation or equivalent.
• Having good skills and thinking in building cooperation and business models with partners.
• Able to communicate, negotiate, negotiate and persuade partners well;
• Willing to travel for business if needed
