Job Description

• Contribute value to the Company's overall goals.
• Research and analysis of consumer trends in the US and European markets
• Create unique ideas for Print on demand (POD) products such as shirts, mugs, rugs,...
• Work closely with the design department to bring ideas to life
• Propose and develop potential new products
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of implemented ideas
• Stay up to date on American culture, fashion trends and consumer preferences
• Participate in brainstorming and concept development for marketing campaigns
• Perform other tasks as directed by Leader
• Request:
• Have experience in Idea POD for 6 months or more
• High creativity and innovative thinking
• Good analytical and information synthesis skills
• Independent thinking and effective teamwork ability
• Passionate and deeply knowledgeable about American and European culture and fashion
• Fluent in English
