Finding and maintaining relationships with customers;

Consultation by phone, text, zalo, fb
Create a fb/zalo group to send post-treatment care protocols for each service and product purchaser,
Customer care that has been treated at the Spa call or text to ask about the situation
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints. Support other departments with customer related issues.
Store and update the necessary information of customers into the information management system.
Report recording customer complaints and follow up on remediation
Visiting customers after using the service, reminding an appointment after the treatment at the spa.
Responsible for managing data entry and funds during the day at the branch
Other tasks assigned by branch manager
