Job Description

    Job Description:

    1. Build and implement sales strategy:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales of cosmetic products across retail channels (stores, websites, e-commerce platforms, etc. -> 60% online market).
      • Identify and develop new sales opportunities, seek potential customers for distributors and agents and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
      • Plan and execute telesales campaigns for cosmetic products, including online and offline advertising, promotions, special events. Directly manage the telesales/customer service team
      • Managing business activities outside the market including: Regional Management, Sales Staff. Deploying sales activities for the national team.
    2. Market analysis and trends:
      • Research and analyze the cosmetics market, competitors, and customer needs to develop appropriate marketing strategies.
      • Stay informed about new beauty trends and incorporate them into the company's sales and marketing strategies.
      • Assess market needs and make recommendations on product development directions as well as build appropriate brand directions.
    3. Manage advertising, communications and promotion campaigns:
      • Design and implement promotions, discounts, and special campaigns to stimulate demand and attract customers to shop.
      • Ensure marketing campaigns can reach the right target audience and achieve high revenue efficiency.
      • Looking for co-brand partners to grow business and promote brand.
    4. Reporting and measuring performance:
      • Monitor and report on sales campaign results, evaluate performance and make recommendations for improvement.
      • Analyze customer and revenue data to optimize sales strategies.

    Candidate requirements

    • University graduate majoring in Business Administration, or related fields.
    • At least 5 - 7 years of experience in Sales Marketing, priority given to candidates with experience in the cosmetics industry or high-end consumer industries.
    • Good communication and persuasion skills, able to build relationships with customers and partners.
    • Understanding of the cosmetics market, beauty trends and effective sales strategies in the beauty industry in general and the high-end product market in particular.
    • Experience in branding and business development of a new brand is an advantage.
    • Strong in team leadership skills
