• Make work plan, report results in production shift
• Manage equipment, supplies, raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products of the team/department
• Manage personnel, assign responsibilities and monitor the performance of personnel in production shifts.
• Training, job guidance for department staff, evaluating work performance
• Product quality assurance
• Ensure labor safety, fire prevention, industrial hygiene in the factory
