ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER
- Assist the General Director in coordinating and supervising the company's business activities.
- Monitor, summarize and report department performance as required.
- Prepare documents, reports, business plans, internal meetings or meetings with partners
- Support the implementation of the company's strategic projects.
- Control the progress of work of departments according to the direction of the General Director.
- Support interpretation & foreign communication
- Interpretation (speaking and writing) English Vietnamese, Korean Vietnamese in meetings, work exchanges with partners and customers.
- Translate documents, contracts, emails, reports from English/Korean to Vietnamese and vice versa.
- Support the CEO in communicating and negotiating with foreign customers and partners.

- Gender: Male (required)
- Qualification: University graduate, priority given to Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Economics
- Foreign languages: Proficiency in at least 2 foreign languages (required), English (required) and one other language: Chinese or Korean or Japanese. Priority is given to Korean)
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an Assistant or related business operations job
- Salary is negotiable based on candidate's practical experience (30-40 million)
- Meal money/day). If working for more than 2 years/day)
- Full social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance (about 5-6 million)
- Bonus 10% of actual salary (April 30, September 2, November 15, New Year). If working for more than 2 years, the salary percentage will increase accordingly.
- Birthday (500k), 13th month salary
- Salary review once a year. Special cases, those who contribute a lot to the company can be considered every 6 months.
- Seniority bonus: 5 gold coins/year (working over 3 years), 1 gold coin/year (working over 5 years)
- 12 days off/year and holidays according to regulations
Working from Monday to Friday (Only work on the first Saturday of the month, the remaining Saturdays are off)
