JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Fan Community Operation: 80%

• Search, exploit and take care of users inside and outside livestream, manage fan groups;
• Attract views, interactions and gifts in Idol livestream.

2. Livestream Operation: 20%

• Coordinate with operations staff and support Idols in livestreaming, improving livestream performance;
• Manage social channels, edit images and videos posted on Idol's personal page;
• Perform other tasks as directed by superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• No experience, will be trained ;
• Sociable, like to explore and learn about trends on social networks;
• Good communication skills, active, creative;
• Priority is given to candidates with basic English or Chinese communication skills.

Working time: OFF 4 days/month, flexible working according to Idols' Live schedule:

- Shift 1: 7am – 4pm

- Shift 2: 9am – 6pm
