JOB DESCRIPTION

01 Manage quantity of imported and exported raw materials

 Use software (provided by the company) to enter data.

Through NPL inventory (on system) & Expected Production Plan to plan for BP. Purchasing orders NPL.

02 Monitor production process and coordinate goods

Monitor processing parties on production progress, order receipt, and problems encountered during production.

Transfer goods between parties and enter data into the system.

03 Prepare technical drawings and production standards

Draw technical drawings (2D - front/back) showing details of the approved product.

Establish sewing and production specifications according to the form (information has been finalized with the sample tailor).

04 BP data collection and storage. Process-based templates

Enter important information of each pattern code, fabric code, product code to serve the management of product data according to the form.

05 Create production order

Receive information from the Sales Department (for production orders and retail orders for Customers), and information from the Sample Development Department to provide orders to pattern makers, sample tailors, and processing factories to fulfill orders.

06 Support product testing and completion

For production goods - random QC of orders.

For retail products for customers - QC according to order information.

Complete some steps (buttoning, tagging) in some necessary cases.

07 Product development support

Participate in a supporting role to contribute ideas on design, materials, sewing techniques, parameters... when necessary.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

01 Age from: 20 - 28T

02 Education & Professional Qualifications

- Use ProCreate/ or other application for technical drawing.

- Students majoring in Garment/Fashion Manufacturing or related majors.

03 Foreign Language & IT Proficiency

- Basic use of Mircosoft Excel/ Excel Online

04 Competency & Skills

- Understanding of production processes in fashion.

- Ability to handle problems arising in production.

- Ability to communicate appropriately with tailors.

- Have a mindset at work.

05 Years of experience: 06 months or more (minimum)

06 Other requirements

- Careful, meticulous and perfectionist.

- Sense of responsible living.

07 Priority

- Candidates who have worked as production assistants at applied fashion brands, or are in their 3rd or 4th year of studying sewing or fashion.

REMUNERATION POLICY

1. Salary: 50,000 VND/hour
