- Responsible for managing all activities that take place every day at Starlight Kids Zone including: image management, facilities, service quality, entertainment activities, personnel, goods... The center operates stably according to the required standards.
- Participating in training, staff development and personnel management in the stage of training, assessing employees' working capacity and arranging work schedules.
- In charge of cost management, budget development at the center to ensure the best profit for the center.
- Prepare programs, parties, and extra-curricular activities at the amusement park
- Organize and participate in marketing campaigns to promote the brand and increase sales for the center.
- Ensure the display in the play area is neat and clean according to regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Sales.
- Working time: Rotating 8 hour shifts from 8:00 to 22:00
