I. CUSTOMER DATA MANAGEMENT WORK
- Create customer profiles, track customer performance policies
- Control documents related to sales policies
- Support CEO information systems related to strategic partners
- Handle customer complaints related work
- Training and coaching new employees
- Collect reporting information from departments - make periodic business reports as required by CEO.
II. WORK
- Update orders to software
- Arrange meetings and schedule important CEO events
- Manage and track marketing materials and customer gifts
- Check out the proposals for making marketing material requests
- Store and print documents in case of important events or meetings
III. COMBINATION WITH OTHER PARTS
- Coordinate with TC-KT on cost data, sales and paperwork related to sales activities
- Coordinate with Marketing Department to manage and arrange internal events and customer events
- Coordinate with the logistics department to resolve issues related to freight forwarding.
- Coordinate with the sales department to send flowers to customers on important occasions or customer events.
