work content- Managing and operating all activities of the Company, operating according to the orientation of the parent company in Japan.
- Building the system of organizational structure, functions, tasks and activities of the Company.
- Responsible for planning and strategic direction for the Company's business activities.
- Responsible to the Board of Directors of the parent company in Japan for all activities with KPIs of annual revenue and profit.
- Establish and enforce policies and procedures to maintain the company's culture and vision.
- Managing the Departments/Departments of the Company to develop goals and targets for each department to ensure the completion of the overall goals of the Company, to ensure the company's efficient operation in finance, human resources, operations, etc.
- Develop budgets, cost norms for common activities, control and evaluate and adjust accordingly.
- Report the company's performance to the parent company in Japan
- Other jobs as assigned and directed by the parent company in Japan.
