JOB DETAILS
• Monitor, care for, support, respond to customer needs and collect feedback on service quality.
• Learn, research and implement the company's Digital Marketing activities to increase customer interaction such as:
• Social Commerce
• Manage and update information on the Website
• Write articles and compose content for Newsletter
• Deploy Seeding, SEO, Google Ads,... activities
• Participate in operating and managing the company's e-commerce system.
• Monitor, compile data, analyze performance and complete relevant reports.
• Perform other tasks as assigned directly by the Founder.
