Check the quantity of goods in stock according to the documents.
Enter goods into the warehouse, arrange in the right place, update the warehouse card, make a file, keep the file and preserve it.
Prepare import, export and inventory reports for Accounting Department, Planning Department.
Export raw materials according to the delivery note.
Make a stock release note when workers bring tools to the construction site, or carry out maintenance to repair or store when brought back to the factory.
Must update and save information: date, repair cost, reason for damage (with a logbook of machine tool repair)
Regularly check to detect damaged or degraded machines and make timely repair recommendations to meet the production schedule.
