a. Get a job from the production team leader b. Directly perform the processing of production stages and finished products, following the process instructions. The quantity and quality of the product is in accordance with the requirements. c. Use manufacturing materials within the allowed range, save materials and participate in the recovery of excess materials after completing the product. d. Strictly obey the instructions of the leader and vice-leader. e. Report to the leader of the work according to the plan that has not yet been performed.
2. Manage tools, equipment and supplies in the production team, implement 5S:
a. Inspect machinery and equipment before operating and using the machine b. Report to the team leader when machinery and equipment have abnormal phenomena. c. Use, welding gas, tools in the production process to ensure the least consumption. d. Perform machine cleaning, sweep the workshop, work area, arrange tools and supplies neatly before the end of the day. e. Periodically coordinate with the maintenance department, maintaining equipment directly in use.
