Job Description

    • Survey, calculate, and design air conditioning systems for industrial and civil projects
    • (Chiller system, Cooling Tower, HVAC, AHU, FCU...)
    • Take off quantities and prepare quotes, estimates and complete bid documents.
    • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of participating projects to come up with optimal solutions. Propose effective design solutions, promptly detect design errors and take corrective measures.
    • Prepare spreadsheets, settlement documents, and completion documents for projects according to the investor's requirements and regularly update design standards and technical regulations according to current regulations.
    • Supervise the implementation of field drawing designs according to each construction progress at the construction site, in conjunction with the construction unit to handle technical and design changes when required.
    • Consulting and supporting the sales department in the process of quoting and offering prices for projects.
    • Manage assigned work to ensure quality, work progress and accuracy to meet company and investor requirements.
    • Participate in technical meetings with partners or investors to defend designs when required.
    • Report work to the Board of Directors
    • Carry out work as directed by the Board of Directors.

      • JOB REQUIREMENTS

        • Graduated from University majoring in Heat and Refrigeration engineering technology; Electrical systems, automatic air conditioning...
        • Understanding of chiller systems, clean rooms, industrial ventilation and cooling systems.
        • Proficient in using software: Ms.Office, Autocad, Heatload, Auto cad 2D 3D...
        • Positive working attitude, diligent and careful at work.
        • Having work-related practice certificates is an advantage.
