- Consulting customers by phone (using the store's SIM card)
- Make friends on zalo and advise customers via zalo
- Customer data support (Hot data - customers always need it)
- Finalize the measurement appointment so that the technician can go to support the customer and provide direct consultation
- At the end of the day, work will be reported to the leader

+ Time to work online:
- Morning: 9am - 12pm (3 hours)
- Afternoon: 14:00 - 17:00 (3 hours)
- Evening: 5pm - 7pm (2 hours)
Job benefits
- Basic salary (LCB) is 20k/hour/8 hours/day (Can choose morning/afternoon/evening shift)
- Standard KPI for 1 month is 10 successful contracts: 100% Basic salary
- Not meeting standard KPI: 30% LCB
- Income = LCB KPI + SALES
- Work hours are flexible but require regularity because the company's data is always pushed back continuously within 1 day.
- There are 2 ways to calculate salary for Online employees:
- Calculated according to LCB + Sales
- Only calculated based on sales (+50K/contract to the policy in the picture)

- Company SIM
- Saleswork software provided by the company
