Role Summary

• The candidate will be responsible for the successful Sourcing of new products and the entry of data into our company's database.
• The candidate will work closely with upper management to exchange the necessary data and information, so the whole infrastructure runs smoothly.
• The qualities we are looking for in a candidate are: willingness to learn fast, ability to work with data and graphs and being highly organized and detail oriented.

Job Function
- Sourcing profitable and high demand products from various suppliers
- Working with softwares on a daily basis
- Careful data entry into the company's database
- Helping with administrative tasks
- Helping with bookkeeping and invoices

Must Have Skills
- Fluent/Proficient in English
- Ability to learn quickly and with enthusiasm and have willingness
- Basic ability to interpret data, graphs, numbers, and percentages
- Familiarity working with Excels
- Highly organised
- Highly punctual and detailed oriented

Salaries & Benefits
- 8,000,000 - 12,000,000 VND (base salary)
- 500,000 VND/month for transportation
- 40,000 VND/day for lunch
- Bonuses based on monthly KPIs

Working Time
- 9am to 6pm
