- Support the Sales Department in searching, developing customer sources, promoting marketing activities for the Company's freight forwarding services including: air freight, delivery services, domestic and international freight transport.
- Perform customer care. Maintain and establish customer relationships. Report to management on quantity, business situation and customer feedback.
- Provide service and price information by determining customer requirements, advising customers on using the service in a timely manner, with quality appropriate to their needs and choosing the most optimal solution.
- Support and debt collection.
- Report monthly marketing implementation results to the Board of Directors.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.
