1. Job Summary:
Responsible for the overall development, implementation and management of business and marketing strategies for all F&B and Hospitality brands of Nhat Quang Holdings. Lead the S&M team to achieve revenue, market share, brand awareness and customer satisfaction targets.
2. Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Market research, competitor analysis, identifying trends and target customer segments.
- Build integrated multi-channel Sales & Marketing strategy.
- Plan and manage Sales & Marketing budget effectively.
- Recruit, train and develop department staff.
- Monitor campaign implementation and evaluate performance.
- Develop sales channels and partnerships.
- Periodic and strategic reporting to the Board of Directors.
3. Requirements:
- University graduate in related major.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the F&B Hospitality industry.
- Strategic, leadership, data analysis and communication skills.
