- Build strategies and tactics for sustainable growth focusing on increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Search for new markets and discover customer needs to develop new customers.
- Build and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with customers, by accompanying and understanding their needs and goals.
- Develop optimal technical solutions to advise and train employees and customers.
- Present the company's vision, mission and product value convincingly to employees and customers.
- Technical-Marketing Strategy Development:
- Build and develop a marketing strategy focusing on market penetration and revenue growth, especially emphasizing customer attraction and orienting customers to use solutions, new products, solutions, and new farming models.
- Directly monitor and track performance, providing interventions when necessary to make the strategy more effective.
- Participate in: Field workshops, seminars, conferences…and other Marketing activities.
- Manage and supervise personnel to ensure work and honesty.
- Recruit and train new employees to become excellent sales and technical staff.
- Manage debt and be responsible for customer debt risks.
- Report to management on business status as well as factors that may affect revenue, product quality, customers, etc.
- Perform and complete other tasks as required by the board of directors.
